Our Stop Smoking services don’t care how old you are, why you started smoking or whether your parents know.  We just want to help you quit.  You can choose from one of the following:

• One to one chats with an advisor
• Group sessions with other quitters
• Drop in to a clinic for advice & support
• See your GP and get some help
• Pop in to your local chemist
• Pick up some patches or gum
